Steven David Cooper (born 10 December 1979) is a Welsh professional football manager and former semi-professional footballer. He is the head coach of Championship side Swansea City.

A former defender, Cooper began his coaching career at Wrexham's academy before moving to Liverpool in 2008. He joined the England youth set-up in 2014, winning the FIFA U17 World Cup in 2017, and became head coach of Swansea City in 2019.
