Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu (born 17 July 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Luton Town. He primarily plays as a central midfielder, but is also able to play as a defender. He bears the name "Mpanzu" on the back of his shirt.
In 2023, Mpanzu became the first player in history to earn promotion from non-league to the Premier League with the same club, achieving the feat with Luton Town, defeating Coventry City on penalties in the Championship play-off Final.
