Koninklijke Lierse Sportkring, commonly referred to simply as Lierse, was a Belgian association football club based in the city of Lier, Antwerp Province, Flanders. For their final season in existence, they were members of the Belgian First Division B, the second tier of the Belgian football league system. They played their home games at the Herman Vanderpoortenstadion.

The club was founded in 1906 and dissolved in 2018 due to financial irregularities. Later on that year, it was announced that K.F.C. Oosterzonen Oosterwijk was to relocate to Lier, merging with the old board of Lierse SK to form a new club called Lierse Kempenzonen. The new club continued with the old logo of Lierse and started playing at the Herman Vanderpoortenstadion.
