Kevin Ratcliffe (born 12 November 1960) is a Welsh former professional footballer and football manager.
During his playing career, Ratcliffe played in England for Everton, Cardiff City, Nottingham Forest, Derby County and Chester City, Scotland for Dundee. He then went on to manage English clubs Chester City from 1995 to 1999 and Shrewsbury Town from 1999 to 2003.
