Juan Manuel Izquierdo Viana (4 July 1997 – 27 August 2024) was a Uruguayan professional footballer who played as a defender. Izquierdo spent the majority of his career in his native Uruguay, as well as a stint in Mexico for Atlético San Luis.
On 22 August 2024, during the second half of a Copa Libertadores round of 16 match for Nacional away at São Paulo FC, Izquierdo suffered a cardiac arrhythmia. He was rushed to Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo but passed away 5 days later on 27 August.
