Giovanni Trapattoni (born 17 March 1939), popularly nicknamed Trap or Il Trap, is an Italian former football manager and footballer, who played as a defender or defensive midfielder, most notably for AC Milan.

Trapattoni is considered the most successful club manager or coach in Italian football.
