Giampaolo Pazzini (born 2 August 1984), is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Hellas Verona and formerly for the Italian national team.
He is nicknamed Il Pazzo (The Madman) by his fans. He has represented his nation at the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Internazionale[]
On 28 January 2011, Pazzini signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with Italian champions Internazionale. As part of the deal, Jonathan Biabiany went to the opposite direction. He made his competitive debut three days later in the league match against Palermo; with Inter trailing 0-2, he came in the second half and scored a brace, before winning a penalty scored by Samuel Eto'o to secure an amazing comeback.
