Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos (born 5 March 1993), known as Fred, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Süper Lig club Fenerbahçe.

Fred moved to the English Premier League club Manchester United, after spending his early club years with the Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk, where he won the Ukrainian Premier League three times, Ukrainian Cup three times and Super Cup four times.

Fred reached an agreement with Manchester United On June 5th, 2018 and was signed with a five year deal an optional extension of a year on August 11, 2018.

Fred helped Manchester United to a 2–1 win over Leicester City in his debut for the English giants and has since then featured for the club in the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, EFL Cup And The FA Cup.
