Fútbol Club Juárez, known as Bravos de Juárez or simply Juárez, is a professional football club based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. The club currently participates in Liga MX, the top-tier football league in the country.
Futbol Club Juárez was established in 2015 through the collaborative efforts of six families, two hailing from the border city of El Paso, Texas, and four from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. This unique composition makes it one of the few clubs in Mexican football to have foreign investors. The club's formation marked the resurgence of professional sports in Ciudad Juárez, which had been absent since 2012 following the relegation and subsequent dissolution of the previous franchise, Indios de Ciudad Juárez. The previous team faced challenges due to inadequate management, leading to its disbandment.
