Football Club Halifax Town is a semi-professional association football club based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The club participates in the National League, the fifth tier of English football, after beating Chorley F.C. in the National League North play-off final in the 2016-17 season. They replaced Halifax Town A.F.C. who went into administration during the 2007–08 season.
