Christopher J. Foy (born 20 November 1962 in St. Helens, Lancashire) is a former English professional football referee.
Since his first appointment as an official in the Football League in 1994 and his promotion to the list of Select Group Referees in 2001 Foy has refereed a number of notable matches, including the FA Community Shield and the finals of the FA Trophy, Football League Cup and FA Cup.
