Burnden Park was a football stadium located in Bolton, England. It was the home ground of Bolton Wanderers F.C. for 102 years from 1895 until 1997, when the club moved to the Reebok Stadium, now the Macron Stadium. The last game at the stadium was in April 1997 against Charlton Athletic, which Bolton won 4–1 despite being 0–1 down at half time. The ground was demolished in 1999. The ground had a maximum capacity of around 70,000, but at the time of closing, the capacity was around 25,000.
