In the season 2011-2012 Branislav Niňaj played for the Slovak club FC Petržalka akadémia.
ŠK Slovan Bratislava[]
In the summer of 2012 Branislav Niňaj moved to ŠK Slovan Bratislava. He made his debut for the club in the highest tier of Slovak football in the match against FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce on 1 March 2013.
