Andrea Barzagli, Ufficiale OMRI (born 8 May 1981) is an Italian footballer who plays for Italian club Juventus and the Italy national team as a defender.
He played for several small Italian teams and gained prominence after joining Palermo in 2004. He then joined German club Wolfsburg in 2008, where he won one Bundesliga title, before joining Juventus in 2011, where he won four consecutive Serie A titles, and reached the final of the Champions League in 2015.
An Italian international since 2004, he was part of the team that won the 2006 FIFA World Cup and reached final of UEFA Euro 2012.
