Alexander James Whitmore (born 7 September 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays for Burnley, as a central defender.
After playing youth football with Wallsend Boys Club, Whitmore turned professional with Burnley, and spent loan spells at Chester, Gateshead and Morecambe.
