The knockout stage of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup was the second and final stage of the competition, following the group stage. Played from June 28 to July 13, 2025, the knockout stage began with the round of 16 and culminated with the final, to be held at MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States. The top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage to compete in a single-elimination tournament.

Format[]

The knockout stage of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup was contested between 16 teams that qualified from the group stage. Matches in the knockout stage were being played to a finish. If the score of a match is level at the end of 90 minutes of playing time, extra time would be played. If, after two periods of 15 minutes, the scores are still tied, the match would be decided by a penalty shoot-out. All times listed are local.
