The 2025–26 EFL League One season (referred to as the Sky Bet League One for sponsorship purposes) is the 22nd season of the EFL League One under its current title and the 34th season under its current league division format. The season will begin on 2 August 2025, and will end in May 2026.

Twenty-four teams will compete in the league – seventeen returning teams from the previous season, three teams relegated from the Championship and four teams promoted from League Two.
