The 2024–25 EFL League Two season (referred to as the Sky Bet League Two for sponsorship purposes) is the 21st season of EFL League Two under its current title and the 33rd season under its current league division format. The season will begin on 10 August 2024.

Twenty-four teams are competing in the league – eighteen returning teams from the previous season, four teams relegated from League One and two teams promoted from the National League.

The 2024–25 season will consist of 36 weekend rounds, six midweek rounds, and four Bank Holiday Matchweeks.
