The 2023–24 season was the 126th season of Fulham since turning professional and their second consecutive season in the Premier League. The club also participated in the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the EFL Cup.

Win Draw Loss Fixtures
Fulham announced a tour of the United States to take part in the Premier League Summer Series pre-season tournament with matches against Brentford, Aston Villa and Chelsea. On 12 July, a home pre-season friendly against 1899 Hoffenheim was confirmed.

- Everton were deducted eight points for breaching profitability and sustainability rules. They were originally deducted 10 points but this was reduced to six after an appeal. The club were then deducted an additional two points for further PSR breaches.
- Nottingham Forest were deducted 4 points for breaching profitability and sustainability rules. The club appealed the decision but were unsuccessful.
