The 2021 Coppa Italia Final decided the winners of the 2020–21 Coppa Italia, the 74th season of Italy's main football cup. It was played on 19 May 2021 for the first time at the Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore, Reggio Emilia, between Atalanta and Juventus.
The winners of the final will automatically qualify to the group stage of the 2021–22 UEFA Europa League and to the 2021 Supercoppa Italiana against the champions of the 2020–21 Serie A.

Atalanta will be making its fifth appearance in the final, and second in three years. They are 1–3 in the finals, having lost three in a row after winning their only title in 1963.
