The 2021–22 Scottish Lowland Football League was the 9th season of the Lowland Football League, part of the fifth tier of the Scottish football pyramid system. Kelty Hearts are the reigning champions but cannot defend their title after gaining promotion to the SPFL.
Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic won their first league title on 1 March 2022 thanks to a 5–0 win over Cumbernauld Colts at New Dundas Park, with five matches still to play.
