Everton came from behind twice to maintain their unbeaten start to the Premier League in a Merseyside derby thriller as Liverpool were denied a stoppage-time winner by the video assistant referee.

Jannik Vestergaard headed in a dramatic injury-time equaliser as Southampton pegged back Chelsea to claim a point in a Premier League thriller at Stamford Bridge.

Stand-in skipper Raheem Sterling scored the only goal as Manchester City returned to winning ways in their Premier League clash with Arsenal.

Manchester United scored three late goals at Newcastle to earn victory and help ease the misery inflicted by the heavy defeat against Tottenham.

Substitute Billy Sharp scored a late penalty to earn Sheffield United their first point of the season in a draw with Fulham in the Premier League.

Wilfried Zaha "has got more to give" and must "create havoc" says manager Roy Hodgson, after his Crystal Palace side were pegged back by rivals Brighton's late equaliser.

West Ham came back from three goals down with under 10 minutes to go to rescue a point in an astonishing comeback against Tottenham.

Ross Barkley dedicated his winning goal to Aston Villa's medical staff as Dean Smith's side maintained their 100% start to the season by edging victory at Leicester.

West Brom and Burnley played out the first goalless draw in the Premier League this season, with both teams still searching for a first win.

Wolves' win at Leeds United, which moved them into sixth in the Premier League, was a "massive result" according to defender Conor Coady.
