The 2018 EFL League One play-off Final was a football match played at the Wembley Stadium on 27 May 2018, to determine the third and final team to gain promotion from League One to Championship of the English Football League in the 2017–18 season. It was contested by Shrewsbury Town, who finished third in the League One table, and Rotherham United, who finished fourth. The teams reached the final by defeating Charlton Athletic and Scunthorpe United respectively in two-legged semi-finals.
