1. FC Slovácko is a Czech football club based in the town of Uherské Hradiště, Zlín Region. They are currently members of Czech First League, the top tier of football in the Czech Republic. They play their home games at the Městský fotbalový stadion.

The club was founded in 1902 as SK Staré Město and didn't take the name 1. FC Slovácko until 2004. They play in white and blue. They have twice reached the final of the Czech Cup although they have never won the competition.
